Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Tonelico collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the service. Tonelico combines marketplace software, Privy authentication, X account linking, Solana wallets, and optional banner image uploads.

We may collect information you provide directly, including auction descriptions, delivery timing, bid amounts, support messages, and other content submitted to the service. When you sign in through Privy or connect X, we may receive account identifiers, display name, username, profile information, linked email or phone if provided, and related authentication metadata. When you connect a Solana wallet, we collect the public wallet address and related transaction identifiers.

We may collect device, browser, IP address, log, page, referrer, session, and security information needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve the service. We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, wallet connection, preferences, anti-abuse, and session continuity.

Solana wallet addresses, transaction signatures, token transfers, program accounts, and other on-chain data are public by design and may be indexed by third parties. Tonelico cannot delete, hide, or alter information once it is written to a public blockchain.

We use information to provide and secure the service; authenticate users; display auctions, bids, winners, hosts, and activity; process uploads; verify on-chain transactions when enabled; prevent fraud and abuse; troubleshoot issues; communicate with users; enforce terms; and comply with legal obligations.

We may share information with service providers that help operate Tonelico, including Privy, hosting providers, database providers, file storage providers, RPC providers, security vendors, and customer support tools. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the service, in connection with a business transaction, or with your consent. Public auction content, handles, wallet addresses, bids, and transaction data may be visible to other users.

Tonelico integrates with third-party services such as Privy, X, Solana wallets, wallet adapters, RPC providers, Cloudflare R2, Vercel, and Neon. Those services may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. You should review their policies before using linked services.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain marketplace records, resolve disputes, enforce terms, comply with legal obligations, and protect against fraud or abuse. Some public blockchain data may remain available indefinitely independent of Tonelico.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting your wallet, private keys, devices, X account, and authentication methods.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing. These rights may be limited by legal requirements, security needs, marketplace recordkeeping, fraud prevention, and the public nature of blockchain data.

Tonelico may process information in countries other than where you live. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws.

Tonelico is not intended for children or anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice as appropriate. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies going forward.
