Tonelico collects information you provide via Privy (X handle, name, email if linked) and your connected Solana wallet address. We store local-only state in your browser (auctions you have created or bid on).

We use your information to operate the marketplace, attribute hosted auctions, and surface your activity on /me. We do not sell your data.

Privy may set cookies and local storage entries used to maintain your session. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

Wallet addresses and transactions on the Solana blockchain are public by design. We cannot delete or alter on-chain data.

We retain account data for the lifetime of your account. You may request deletion subject to legal retention requirements.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Replace with jurisdiction-specific language before launch.

The Service is not intended for users under the age of majority.

We follow industry-standard practices, but no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for the security of your wallet.
