Terms of Service

By accessing or using Tonelico (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to enter into binding agreements. You must not be located in a sanctioned country.

Tonelico is a marketplace where hosts auction services and bidders compete to receive those services. Tonelico is not a party to any transaction between hosts and bidders and provides no warranty as to the quality, legality, or delivery of services.

A 5% platform fee is deducted from the winning bid at settlement. Fee terms may change with notice.

Transactions on the Solana network are irreversible. You are responsible for the security of your wallet and the accuracy of any wallet address you provide. Tonelico cannot recover lost or misdirected funds.

You may not auction or bid on services that are illegal, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, or that violate the rules of any third-party platform (including X / Twitter). Tonelico may remove auctions and ban users at its sole discretion.

If a delivered service is contested, the dispute is sent to manual review. Tonelico's review decisions are final for the purposes of escrow release. This does not limit any rights you may have at law.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Tonelico is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms may change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
